Daniel Sandelson is the Group’s Chief Counsel, responsible for all legal matters worldwide across all our business lines, covering investments, financing, and operations.

He was previously a partner in a leading global law firm where he was a corporate finance and TMT lawyer and one of the founders and leaders of the worldwide TMT practice. He was global client lead for Hollywood Studios, cable operators, private equity funds, radio and TV groups and IP investors, leading mandates across a range of high-value M&A, financing and IP-driven transactions in the TMT space, as well as advising on communications and content regulation.

He also co-founded and built a VOD platform operating across Latin America.

He holds degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of London.
