Antenna audio operates Easy 97,2 (originally ANT1 Radio) and Rythmos 94,9, two leading stations in Athens.

Easy 97,2 is the top international contemporary station and Rythmos 94,9 is one of Greece’s leading music stations.

The Group also operates A.G. Radio Holding, the number 1 radio group in Romania, with a unique portfolio of complementary assets with broad coverage. Its stations, Kiss FM, Magic FM, Rock FM, ONE FM, Asha, are leaders in all formats covered, while it’s the only media group with a physical network of local licenses, allowing for national coverage as well as targeted marketing campaigns for advertisers. Antenna currently holds a 55% market share in Romania.

Antenna Group runs Kiss FM in Moldova and has a partnership with Antenna Radio Cyprus.

EASY 97.2

Founded in 1988 as Antenna Radio, Easy 97.2 was Kyriakou family’s first foray into media. The station is leading the international adult contemporary radio format in Attiki. It offers a mix of entertainment and music, while 45’ of non-stop soft music are a significant part of its output. The daily program also includes news on top of the hour and presented shows. It is broadcasting in Greece via FM throughout Attiki and globally through their website and application.

RYTHMOS 94.9

Rythmos 94.9, acquired in 2011, is a popular all-music station. Year after year, it has held the leading position among younger audiences as the No 1 radio station in Athens for mainstream greek hits music. It is broadcasting throughout Attiki via FM and globally through the web. The program focuses on Greek mainstream music with live produces and includes 40’ of non-stop Greek music, as well as a live morning show.

KISS FM

Kiss FM, launched in 2003, is Romania’s number 1 radio station. With 56 local stations nationwide, 2,5 million listeners daily, 4,9 million listeners weekly (11+, nationwide) and the number 1 morning show in Romania, it is defined by its young, fun and dynamic spirit, with a positive message to the audience. It’s Chișinău station is also the number 1 Romanian radio in Moldova and the number 1 radio in Chișinău.

MAGIC FM

Launched in 2006, Magic FM is one of Romania’s most successful radio stations, broadcasting “always great music”, with 836 thousand daily listeners and over 2.1 million weekly listeners (11+, nationwide). Every December, Magic FM becomes ‘Santa Claus’s Radio’, offering Christmas music exclusively throughout the day.

ROCK FM

Rock FM is No 3 most listened radio station of the commercial target in Bucharest, with over 100k daily listeners and over 400k weekly listeners (11+, nationwide). Soon after airing its first rock song, ‘For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)’, in October 2010, Rock FM became the main partner of the all important rock events in Romania. Rock FM is the only professional rock radio station in Romania and has organized many successful social campaigns for its audience.

ONE FM DANCE STATION

One FM Dance Station was launched in 2007. It went exclusively online in 2010. One year later it became the only radio station in Romania broadcasting through the revolutionary HD Radio system.
